My story of Energy Reconstruction
As a child I was raised in a holistic home. To me, it always made sense. It always seemed right and logical. As I grew I started to experience a strong sense of intuition and "weird" things would always happen. I knew that there was no such thing as coincidences and would often tell people of signs I received. I received two responses. Disbelief or "why don't things like that happen to me?" My response to that has always been, they do. You just aren't paying attention.
I had received forms of reiki since my teens and had always been told I had the gift to do as they were doing. Again, I already knew that. It wasn't a question. It seemed innate & logical. I was young and having fun. So I ignored my calling. I was always drawn to it, but from a distance.
At the age of 25 I experienced a trauma. I was actively searching for help but nothing was working. I found my religion and all those little signs increased. Then I started receiving energy reconstruction. Which is similar to the more well-known reiki service.
As the years continued along with energy reconstruction I incorporated religious and holistic practices. They included positive podcast, motivational books, mindfulness, walks in nature, a dog, energy reconstruction, Law of Attraction, setting boundaries, working out & plant- based cooking. My entire life, the way I viewed people, the amount of compassion I had. The way I saw nature and felt the air blow across my face. It was all so different, like my foggy glasses had been wiped clean and I was seeing the world clearly for the first time. I was now ready to help people the way that others had helped me. I am a true believer in everything happening for a reason. I believe my trauma occurred to lead me to help others. I am now fully aligned with my souls purpose to be here. To help heal the world.
What happens during Energy Reconstruction?
Energy Reconstruction is a multi modality approach to energy work. it includes;
*scanning of the aura
*increasing positive energy
*synchronizing the chakras
What Does that mean?
When you arrive to your appointment we will talk about what brought you to me. Weather that be big or small or just curiosity.
After that, you will stay fully clothed and tucked in to a nice warm bed with calming music. Most people either fall asleep or go into a meditative state where answers will come to you.
I will begin to work. I feel, hear, see and smell things. All in conjunction to the area I am working on. Each area lines up to a certain chakra. Chakras are each related to different physical and emotional unbalances. What I see, hear, smell will give me further insight into what is effecting you. As the unbalanced energies are moved back in to their appropriate chakra or removed altogether it will allow you to feel and think your way though emotions from a clear state. I will work my way up your body discarding the negative energy. Filling those voids with positive energy. Adding negative to counteract an overload if that is the problem. There is no physical contact, just hovering above the body. Most people note a feeling of weight being taken off them. Warmth or tingling sensations. Their own dream-like feelings that bring clarity about something effecting them.
As we end we will sit and talk once again. I will tell you everything I experienced. This will lead you to greater insight as to what is affecting you. We will also create goals for you to work on until your next session if we feel more are needed. These goals will be created together and focus on healthy boundaries and healthy self talk.
How will I feel?
Most people leave feeling calm, peace & rested like after a massage. There is a greater insight into the emotions you've felt or the reactions you've had to certain experiences. There will be a bit of processing that typically takes place when you leave and taking notes at the end is always welcomed. In the following days you will find yourself more relaxed and self assured in your own intuition and decision making skills.
Lighter and grounded. Overall sense of well being.
When should I come back? How long should I book an appointment for?
Sessions are booked in 60 75 and 90 minute sessions.
I always suggest you book a 90 minute session for your first appointment.
If you don't need it we will not use it. At the end of each session I will suggest when I would like to see you next.
This suggestion is based on how long it took during this session, how much was removed, how intense the situation your being seen for is, and what you are comfortable with. When dealing with more intense issues we will need more time closer together.
As changes are seen we will beginning to push the appointments further out.
If you are at a place where this is a part of a self-care regimen I suggest every 2-3 months or as needed.
